How to Install the Campaign Apps on Android

Follow these simple steps to download and install either campaign app on your Android device:

Download the App

Tap the download button for your preferred app.

Wait for Completion

Wait for the APK file to finish downloading.

Open the Downloaded File

Open the downloaded file from your browser downloads, notification bar, or file manager.

Access Security Settings

If your phone asks for permission to install apps from your browser, tap “Settings”.

Allow Installation

Enable “Allow from this source” or “Install unknown apps” for the browser you used to download the file.

Install the App

Go back and tap “Install”.

Open & Sign In

For the Supporters App, anyone can register and log in directly. For the Mobilise App, sign in using the credentials registered for you by the Media Director.

What to Do If You See a Warning

Some Android phones may display a warning when installing an APK file downloaded outside the Google Play Store. This is normal for direct APK installations. The campaign apps provided on this official website can be trusted, provided you downloaded them from this page.

Common Installation Problems

Problem: My phone says “For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source.”

Solution: Tap Settings in the alert prompt, allow installation from your browser, then return to the downloaded APK file and proceed with the installation.

Problem: The download is blocked by the browser.

Solution: Confirm that you are downloading from the official website. Some browsers ask for confirmation before downloading APK files. Tap “Download anyway” or “Keep” only if you verified the file is from this official page.

Problem: I cannot find the downloaded APK file.

Solution: Check your device's Downloads folder, browser downloads list (accessible via Ctrl+J or the browser menu), or check your pull-down notification bar.

Problem: The app will not install.

Solution: Make sure your phone has enough storage space and that you are using an Android phone. iPhones are not supported. If the problem continues, contact your campaign administrator.

Problem: I installed the app but cannot log in.

Solution: Contact your campaign administrator to confirm that your phone number, role, or user account has been registered and activated on the central campaign system.

Access: Restricted. Reserved exclusively for registered field teams, leaders, and councillors. Accounts must be registered directly by the campaign's Media Director (System Admin) before login.

Supports field teams with supporter registration, location-based activity tracking, ward-level targets, and structured grassroots reporting.
